Gi\u00e1 m\u00eda nguy\u00ean li\u1ec7u t\u0103ng li\u00ean t\u1ee5c theo ch\u00ednh s\u00e1ch h\u1ed7 tr\u1ee3 n\u00f4ng d\u00e2n, nh\u01b0ng gi\u00e1 b\u00e1n ethanol v\u00e0 \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng l\u1ea1i kh\u00f4ng t\u0103ng t\u01b0\u01a1ng x\u1ee9ng, g\u00e2y \u00e1p l\u1ef1c l\u00ean bi\u00ean l\u1ee3i nhu\u1eadn c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c nh\u00e0 m\u00e1y.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">B\u00ean c\u1ea1nh \u0111\u00f3 l\u00e0 s\u1ef1 c\u1ea1nh tranh v\u1ec1 ngu\u1ed3n nguy\u00ean li\u1ec7u. Hi\u1ec7n nay, kho\u1ea3ng 9 tri\u1ec7u kilolit ethanol \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t t\u1eeb m\u00eda \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng, trong khi 10 tri\u1ec7u kilolit kh\u00e1c \u0111\u1ebfn t\u1eeb c\u00e1c lo\u1ea1i ng\u0169 c\u1ed1c nh\u01b0 g\u1ea1o v\u00e0 ng\u00f4.
